I would love to try the sweat potato pie first. I've had mashed sweet potatoes with a sweet crumble topping before that is almost like eat dessert, but never an actual dessert made from sweet potatoes. I love your idea ... I bought a similar calendar like this in Australia with just tourist pictures but it was compact and great for desks, etc. I'm thinking of getting some for my two Celiac neighbours for Christmas :)
WOW! I am beyond excited! I suppose I should mention that I am an absolute recipe calendar fanatic - Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Kraft, I have them all - but since I was recently diagnosed with celiac, the calendars have become more of taunting temptations, rather than inspiring recipes. Mmm, all the recipes sound incredible - I am torn between the brownie torte, no-bake pie, and falafels, but because I have been DYING to make them, I have to go with the sweet potato falafels! Even if I don't win, this calendar is most definitely going to the top of my Christmas list this year! Thank you so much, it looks incredible!
I just followed you on Twitter (I'm @cupcakes_mmm <-- as you can tell, I'm still latched onto my carb-loving ways!).
(I am not sure if it counts that I linked you in my tweet, but I am more than happy to spread the word about this amazing giveaway!) =)
And I can't believe I was never a follower in the past, but I just became a fan on your Facebook page! Have a wonderful day!
Oh boy! I can't pick just one . . . the sweet potato pie sounds divine, but so does the sweet potato falafel!!!
I'd like to try the Crispy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. I don't have much of a sweet tooth but every so often, I just crave something. These sound perfect.
how exciting! the calendar looks great!!! congrats :)
i'm thinking i will try the Smoky Zucchini Dip with Wholegrain Crackerbread first. it sounds absolutely delicious, and i'm always looking for yummy ways to offer my sweet 'n charming three year old daughter veggies!
i've got my other eye on the Shredded Brussels Sprouts with Apples and Seed Brittle! first off, i love brussels sprouts!!! but it's also apple season here in the beautiful, bountiful pacific northwest, so we've been eating some pretty tasty heirloom varieties as of late. and as a girl from the deep, dirty south, i can't wait to find out what the seed brittle is all about!
thanks for the generous giveaway! all of the recipes look and sound wonderful, and i am looking forward to cooking the entire calendar! much luck to everyone! take good care <3
p.s. i'm already a "fan" on fb and posted about the giveaway there this morning!
YUM! What a lovely idea, I can see myself getting hungry every time I looked at the calendar! I'd love to try the no-bake pie, actually.

Wow, all the recipes look so good...but with a sweet potato sitting on my counter, I'd go for the no-bake pie first. :-)
I would love to try the smoky zucchini dip as my garden is still producing them. I just found out I have allergies to dairy, gluten, soy, and yeast so I'm desperate for new recipes and would love to win.
