I have celiac disease and an unusual food allergy... Peppers, in any form, vegetable or spice, hot or mild, from chilis to pimentos, black pepper, white, red, even paprika (which is used to color many foods) will set off a reaction. This makes it very hard to use any pre-made foods safely as pepper is frequently included in the vague description "spice" so the majority of my foods are homemade. I enjoy collecting information and recipes from sites like yours. It helps add variety to my life.
Thank you
I would try the Sweet Potato Falafel with Tahini Sauce first. I LOVE falafel and sweet potatoes, but have never seen them in a recipe together!
