A high fiber, low carb, grain-free flour made from finely ground coconut flesh. Adds good body to baked goods. Coconut flour is highly absorbent, and can not be used 1:1 as a replacement for other flours without modifying liquid in recipe. Adds a light coconut flavor. I have tried Bob's Red Mill, Wilderness Family Naturals, and Tropical traditions, and I like Tropical Traditions brand the best - it has a wonderful texture and flavor.
