Sesame Tahini
Ground sesame seed paste used in Middle Eastern and Asian cooking. Like other seed and nut butters, tahini is a concentrated source of fat and calories, and it lends a very creamy, rich texture to sauces and dips. It is exceptionally high in calcium, and is available made from either raw or toasted sesame seeds.
