Sunbutter
A brand of roasted sunflower seed butter. It can be used as a direct peanut butter replacement. Made in a nut-free facility and available in a number of varieties. The organic variety is totally unsweetened; other varieties (creamy, crunchy, omega-3) have cane juice added as a sweetener. Look for it at well-stocked grocery stores or food co-ops or natural grocery stores. Some SuperTarget locations carry SunButter as well. I could live on this stuff. :) http://www.sunbutter.com/
