White Buckwheat Flour
Flour made from the de-hulled ground buckwheat groat. Has a lighter flavor, color, and texture than regular dark buckwheat flour. White buckwheat flour is easy to make at home.
Simply Purchase whole buckwheat groats and place in a blender or coffee grinder, and grind until fine and powdery, working in batches as necessary. Flour! For best freshness, store leftovers in the refrigerator.
