White Buckwheat Flour
Flour made from the hulled ground buckwheat groat. Has a lighter flavor, color, and texture than regular dark buckwheat flour. White buckwheat flour is easy to make at home. To make it yourself, purchase whole buckwheat groats and place in a blender or coffee grinder. Grind until fine and powdery and BAM! You have flour. Store in a well-sealed jar or container. Best stored in the fridge or freezer.
